What exactly is it
The La Tavola Rossa restaurant is located inside the Postignano Castle, a small sensorial temple where taste and pleasure meet, expertly guided by the multi-awarded 1 Michelin star chef, Vincenzo Guarino. He himself welcomes and leads guests (12 is the maximum number) on a fascinating journey into the world of cuisine, never the same, new and surprising with creativity, wisdom and the highest quality raw materials. A sensorial experience, even before a gastronomic one.

La Tavola Rossa is not a simple restaurant nor even a cooking laboratory. It is adequate to define it as a hub of taste where you can relax, have a chat, fall in love, get lost, get excited and above all share, in a refined environment, with attention to the smallest details. A modern professional red counter, in fact a large table designed and built to fit the Chef and guests (hence the name of the restaurant) where up to twelve guests sit at a time, thus being able to experience the thrill of sitting next to the Chef intent on preparing his creations. All inserted in the magnificent context of the Postignano Castle in a room carved into the rock. Truly "a lot of stuff".

___01 Aperitif at the "Wines and Oils" of Umbria
Like any self-respecting gastronomic journey, the overture is entrusted to the aperitif. A feast for the taste buds that will encounter a selection of wines and oils, accompanied by a small taste of finger food and delicious bubbles.
___02 Through the alleys of the village up to the table
Choice of wine and sumptuous tasting menu, consisting of eight or nine courses, each of which made more magical by the best glass that the house sommelier will be able to suggest. The dishes are a crossroads of flavors and culture capable of transforming themselves into an ever new discovery every time. Everything is strictly homemade, starting from the baked goods which see their apotheosis in the loaf made from ancient grains' sourdough.

Dedicated courses and Masters
In a scheduled period and on some days of the week La Tavola Rossa becomes a laboratory for courses held by Chef Vincenzo Guarino and intended for lovers of good food. A single table with ten workstations and everything needed to prepare the dishes. On Wednesdays with the Gourmet Menu Course dedicated to the preparation of an appetizer, first course, second course and dessert, while on Fridays there is the possibility of booking the Bread Making course: pan pizza, semolina sandwiches, ciabatta, music menu and breadsticks. Furthermore, on Sunday the Chef's Dinner Menu Course where you can try your hand at preparing a holiday menu for a Chef-proof banquet.
