This ticket entitles you to travel from Sellano to Montesanto via the Tibetan Bridge and return from Montesanto to Sellano. Therefore, you can cross the Tibetan Bridge twice, there and back.
You must adhere to the entry time slots chosen when booking. If there are no time slots available/bookable for the return journey, this means that you can return immediately or at a time of your choosing.
Please bear in mind that on your return journey, you must take into account the closing time of the facility and possible queues at the electronic entrance gates, even on your return. We strongly recommend that you return within 1 hour of your arrival in Montesanto!
The ticket is non-refundable, in accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Italian Law), which applies to the specific type of services purchased and is to be understood as valid for any cause or reason that prevents the use of the service, unless directly attributable to our organization. This includes weather events.
If you do not show up on the appointed day for reasons not directly attributable to our organization, including weather events, your ticket will be considered forfeited. As the ticket is not nominative, it is transferable and/or purchasable on behalf of third parties.
